Our Coffee
We use Metropolis Redline espresso in all our espresso based drinks. Metropolis coffee company is a small artisan roasting from Chicago, and it is not easy to find in Toronto. For now, it is a coffee hidden gem.
We roast our brewed and french press coffee, having five different beans to choose from:
- Bolivia, Fair Trade Organic. Slightly spicy, medium to full bodied, with a mild acidity and a good balance
- Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, Fair Trade Organic. Fragrant and flowery citrus note
- Sumatra, Fair Trade Organic. Full and rich with low acidity. Subtle sweetness with a bittersweet chocolate character in its rich bottom
- Costarican Tarrazu, Fair Trade. Highly aromatic coffee with a good deal of fruity complexity. With spice midtones and roasted hazelnuts at the bottom
- Mexican Oaxaca. Smooth chocolaty finish
We serve turkish coffee, a deep flavored drink similar to espresso where the coffee is not filtered. We use only coffee from Kurukahveci Mehmetefendi, the most well known & highest quality brand in Turkey

- Beautiful Foolishness (organic white tea). White tea (Pai Mu Tan) with Coconuts, Pomegranate, Exotic fruits & Blossoms. With the highest amounts of antioxidants, the spices & flowers cleanse & beautify the skin.
- Skinny Genie (Green & black tea). Black & green tea, Pear, Peach, Manna, Guarana, Nettle leaves, Green Mate, Sunflower blossoms, Red Currants & Blackthorn blossoms. This tea helps purify the body by allowing toxins to be flushed out. It also stimulates metabolism & energizes the body and mind.

Our liquors
Yes, for now our opening hours are those of a coffee shop, but we believe early afternoon is also a good time to drink a beer, or what else than a glass of wine with lunch (we are mediterranean). Also, this is great for those occasions where one of the party members want a coffee and the other one a drink, where to go then?
